You are Here...
Whether you want to be, or not...
Something has you trapped inside, or even outside of your self--you long to be the real you, the one deep inside your skin.
You may have been born this way, you may have had accidents, trauma; you may blame yourself as others have, for things that happened to you, or just internalized negativity from those in your environment...
The more you put off getting to yourself, and being who you were meant to be, the harder your work will be. I learned two simple techniques which started me on a journey, taking me back inward to re-integrate physically, spiritually and mentally-- and then outward to connect with others. Integrating the Self provides tools to help you find and travel your unique path. It all begins here.
About 30% of what you are is inborn physiology, but the other 60-70% is up to you. Change your mind through choosing new actions--you do have a choice. Research has shown that those born with autism can also rewire their brain; people with depression can work their way outward; those with PTSD can calm their physiology and gain Post-traumatic learning and healing.
If you don't want someone else making your life decisions for you, you must make your own and act on them. Take your first step today.
Integrating the Self: Body, Mind and Spirit Coherence
The Natural Recovery model
The Natural Recovery model is based upon an individual's movement toward connectedness with their own body, and with others. This occurs from the inside-out as one develops a foundation of cohesive physiology and emotions.
One may feel powerless over their body and emotions, but there are decisions you can make along your road to recovery. Through awareness, visualization, small movements and then larger ones, you can become more than your "diagnosis", more than who others say you are, and make approximations toward who you were meant to be. There are no milestones set by others, you are the master of your own journey.

I was very sick as a child, and spent some time in the zone between life and death. At age 30 as I was leaving my body for what I thought would be the last time, I was finally shown ways to commit to life. Breath work and Qigong became anchors which allowed my body to begin to seek coherence. As my physical and spiritual self began the process of re-integration, emotional upheaval smoothed out also. After years of recovery, I realized I was finally becoming the person I was created to be on this earth. Yet, if I had listened to others' or the diagnoses I received, I might still be suffering on the grate between life and death. As I review the many techniques I used to re-integrate spirit and physical body, I was led to create this program so that others can develop insight into the "layers of self" that exist within us all. I hope you will find "Integrating the Self" a toolbox from which you can build a stronger foundation, and find your path to a new life.
